Using Character Builder

Players can use the Character Builder to further modify their characters prior to our first session. To start, go to:

http://www.dungeonsanddragons.com

In the upper right is a button that says, “Sign In”. Click it.

In the panel that pops up, use the username and password that I will send separately.

NOTE: Please use these credentials to only use the Character Builder. If you want to explore the other special content only available to subscribers, you should get your own subscription, which are available for various lengths and prices.

In the banner a the top, click “Tools”.

In the place on the page where it talks about the “D&D Character Builder”, click on the “Launch” button.

When the builder loads, click the “Load” button.

Select your character and load it. You might want to start by saving a copy so that you can fiddle around without messing things up.

In many sections, if you see something you want to change, select it, click the “Deselect” button, and then it will be replaced with a button to choose a new option.

Don’t forget to save your character!
